TET Norway 8
The route itself is free – you pay for the motorcycle. A KTM 390 Adventure X brings this down to NOK 10,390; the bigger machines cost more.

15 June – 30 September. The TET legs over the Rondane plateau follow the mountain gravel: Grimsdalsvegen usually opens around 5 June and Haverdalsvegen around mid-June – and the TET’s own route notes warn that you can still hit snow banks up high well into June.
Those are the dates we go on. A road can open a week late after a hard winter, or a lodge can take its own decision – we confirm the whole chain with our partners before we confirm your trip. Outside this window the trip builder will not let you pick a start date for this route; our other routes run longer.

You book your own nights
Accommodation is not included and cannot be booked through us. We suggest the route and the daily stages; where you sleep along the way is yours to arrange – hotel, guesthouse, cabin, campsite or your own tent. We are not an accommodation agent and we take no bookings, no payments and no responsibility for the places you choose.
Our tip: in high summer the well-known places fill up weeks ahead, so book your beds as soon as your dates are fixed. In May and September there is far more space along the route, and it is usually cheaper too.
Keep riding
