Who we are

Built by riders,
for riders.

Norway Moto Adventure prepares adventure motorcycle trips that start and end at Oslo Airport – so you can fly in, ride Norway and fly home again without shipping a bike or planning every detail yourself.

What we do

We put together adventure motorcycle trips through Norway that begin and end at our base close to Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. You arrive with your riding gear, we hand over a prepared motorcycle with luggage, GPX tracks and a digital roadbook – and the route ahead is yours.

Nine routes are ready to ride, from a six-day loop through the quiet forests of eastern Norway to eighteen days up the coast to the North Cape. A tenth is on the way: a single winter day on a frozen lake, on big adventure bikes running studded tyres we build ourselves. If none of them is quite right, we shape the stages, the surfaces and the overnight stops around how you actually ride.

Self-guided, not unsupported

Every trip is self-guided. That means no group to keep up with and no fixed schedule – but it does not mean you are on your own. The route is on your device before you land, the bike is ready at the airport, and technical support is a phone call away for the whole trip. Where you sleep along the way you arrange yourself: we suggest the stages and the places worth stopping, you choose the bed and book it directly. It keeps you free to change your mind, and it keeps us a motorcycle company rather than a travel agency.

Why Gardermoen

Shipping a motorcycle to Norway, or riding two days north through Europe before the good roads begin, costs more time than most people have. Starting at the airport removes that: land in the morning, be on gravel the same afternoon, and fly home from the same terminal at the end.

The bikes

Our fleet is all KTM: from the A2-friendly 390 Adventure to the long-distance 1390 Super Adventure S, in four categories – machines that handle Norwegian gravel as happily as fjord tarmac. Every bike comes with luggage, a phone mount and roadside support. The exact model is confirmed with you before you book.

What we are still building. Two things are in development and will be tested with riders before launch: a trip builder that shapes a route and price around your answers, and a ride app with the day's stage, offline maps and a help button.

Why this exists

Norway Moto Adventure started with a frustration. Norway is one of the best countries in the world to ride a motorcycle – and one of the hardest to ride if you do not own a bike here. Rental is thin on the ground, the good machines are booked out months ahead, and what is left rarely suits the roads worth riding.

Dennis has spent years riding adventure bikes, and moved to Norway ten years ago. Not for the postcard roads – those are fine, but everyone has seen them. For the gravel that starts where the map goes quiet: forestry tracks, summer farm roads, the long empty valleys most riders drive straight past on their way to somewhere famous. Ten years on, those are still the roads he rides, and they are the ones you get handed.

That is what this company is for. Get riders onto a properly prepared bike at the airport, point them at the routes that are actually worth the trip, and take care of the parts that turn a good idea into a logistics problem.

What we are building

We are developing two tools to make self-guided adventure riding in Norway easier and safer. They are in development and will be tested with riders before launch.

In development

Trip builder

Answer a few questions about your riding. The trip builder suggests a route, the daily stages, where to stop for the night and the motorcycle to do it on – and shows what the bike costs as you choose.

In development

Ride app

Your trip in your pocket: today’s stage, offline maps, fuel and the address you booked for tonight – plus a help button and safety follow-up from our base.
